The extradition of a London-based hedge fund manager to the United States under the UK’s controversial “one-way treaty” with the US is inevitable, according to experts.
Robert Kelly, Senior Partner from hedge fund insurer Baronsmead, warned that managers who are heavily involved with US markets were at greatest risk. (more)
